We are delighted to announce that we will be working with the Pittville Pump Room again in the Autumn, because we want to bring you another fantastic Cheltenham Wedding Fair.
Surrounded by stunning parkland, Pittville Pump Room is a unique and refined Grade I listed Wedding Venue.
Located less than 2 miles from Cheltenham town centre, this magnificent example of Regency architecture will become the ideal setting for planning your wedding, with many of the areas finest wedding professionals and experts from Cheltenham and the surrounding areas of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Shropshire and other areas.

A wedding fair is like an exhibition and is the perfect opportunity to meet wedding suppliers in your area with their products and services so that they can help and inspire you with plans for the big day.
Wear something comfortable and if you are looking at trying on some dresses, something easy to take off. More importantly, make sure you wear comfortable shoes as you may have an hour or more walking around chatting to suppliers.
A wedding open day is like a wedding fair but is held by the venue with their preferred suppliers and usually smaller or with less suppliers than a fair. The venue also use their open day to showcase what they venue will look like on a typical wedding day with a ceremony set up and reception tables dressed. It’s also a great chance to have a look around the venue if you are considering having your wedding there.
Yes! Although mainly, it’s the bride-to-be who attends wedding fairs, it’s very useful for the groom to attend also to help with any plans such as suits or entertainment, cars and choices of the cake. If the bride is looking at dresses, she may prefer the groom to not be there.
Our wedding fair is FREE for all visitors to come to.
Yes! All children are welcome to come along to our fairs. Pushchairs can access the fair via a ramp and there is a lift available.
You can expect to see between up to 30 wedding suppliers on the day, depending on the venue size.
This will be up to the bridalwear suppliers on the day.
Our next show in Cheltenham on 6-10-2019 does have a bridalwear catwalk show during the day. This is also free to watch.
Again, this is down to the cake suppliers on the day but most wedding cake businesses will bring small samples of their cakes for you to try.
You can bring as many people as you’d like including children. We recommend bringing your partner, mum and bridesmaids if possible to help you with those all important decisions.
Our fair is open from 11am – 3pm so anytime between then is great unless you don’t want to miss out on the bridal catwalk show which will be held at 12.30.
No, once you’ve registered, we will have you added to our guest list – just come and check in on arrival at the welcome desk.
